Several factors influence women’s involvement in blue-collar jobs, including cultural norms, social attitudes, workplace policies, and access to training and education. In UAE, there has been a gradual increase in the number of women entering these fields. However, despite progress, women still face barriers and challenges in accessing and advancing in blue-collar professions.
